Terms of Service
By requesting or booking services with SoCal Landscape & Gardening, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
Booking & Appointments
Service Requests
Submitting a request through our website, phone, or contact forms does not guarantee an appointment. Your service will be confirmed once it has been scheduled in our system.
Arrival Window
Due to the nature of landscaping work, exact arrival times cannot always be guaranteed. Our team typically arrives within a one-hour window of the scheduled start time.
Weather, traffic, or delays at previous job sites may occasionally affect scheduling. If we are running behind schedule, we will notify you as soon as possible.
Cancellation & Rescheduling
We ask that you provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
- Cancellations within 24 hours may be subject to a $50 cancellation fee
- Rescheduling within 24 hours may incur a $25 rescheduling fee
Payment & Pricing
Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed.
Accepted payment methods may include:
- Credit or debit card
- Electronic transfer
- Check
Quotes and estimates are based on the information provided at the time of booking. If the actual condition of the property or scope of work differs significantly, pricing may be adjusted. If this occurs, we will discuss the changes with you before continuing the work.
Recurring maintenance services may be subject to periodic price adjustments due to changes in service frequency, property conditions, or operational costs.
Customer Responsibilities
Property Access
Clients must ensure that our team has safe access to the property at the scheduled time. If we are unable to access the property and cannot reach you within 60 minutes, a cancellation fee may apply.
Pets
For safety reasons, pets should be secured during service visits. Aggressive animals may result in service refusal.
Work Area Preparation
Please ensure that work areas are reasonably accessible and free of obstacles so our team can perform services efficiently.
Safety & Service Limitations
For safety reasons, we may refuse or stop work if conditions are unsafe. This may include situations such as:
- Hazardous property conditions
- Dangerous utilities or exposed wiring
- Aggressive animals
- Unsafe terrain or structures
We reserve the right to decline work that falls outside the agreed scope of services.
Damage & Liability
While rare, accidents can happen. SoCal Landscape & Garden carries insurance for damages caused by our team.
Any damage claims must be reported within 24 hours of service completion.
We are not responsible for:
- Pre-existing property damage
- Fragile or unsecured items left in work areas
- Normal wear and tear of landscaping elements
Policy Updates
SoCal Landscape & Garden may update these terms periodically. Continued use of our services indicates acceptance of the most current version.
